In Greek mythology, Pandora opened a box, given to her by the gods, and all the woes of mankind escaped into the world, all except for hope, hope remained. This is a little play upon that story. Instead of Pandora releasing the woes, such as old age, sickness, mistrust, anger, and all the rest, I just have her releasing a bunch of different alien beings.

A warrior having just slew his enemies, now laughs in murderous triumph as the spirit of death rises up from him.

This is one of the highest ranking angels in Heaven, who stands before the Throne of God. As such, his appearance is fantastically different from that of his fellows. His body has the look of metal. Having endured the Glory Of God for so long, his body has developed over time into a hard, and firey outer shell, which glistens with innumerable colors. A trail of cosmic lightning surrounds him at all times.

Thor, the Norse god of thunder, being drawn thru the heavens in his chariot. Behold him wielding his magic hammer, with which he has smashed the skull of many a frost giant.

A poet comes to a crossroads in his life. Should he cross the river, and join those who wait on the other side?
