Exploring The Realm of Imagination

The Goddess of Wisom

Athena, patron goddess of the arts, and protectress of the great city of Athens, where democracy first got its start. One of her worshipers is placing a crown of laurel leaves before her statue, in honor of a prayer which she answered.

This picture first appeared in issue# 28 of the "The Mythic Circle" published in 2006.

Redemption

Butterfiles are the returning souls of the innocent.

One by one they alight upon sweet demure flowers

Which open up to receive them

With a gentle songspray

Of purest incense.

In this we see ourselves after death Reattached to the awakening universe

Soothsayer

This started out as a simple drawing of a human figure, then turned into this mideastern prophet.

Was it an accident, or was a stronger force guiding my hand?

Trendy Sunglasses

A cool young dude, chilling out behind some snazzy shades.

A Pirate's Emblem

Some lady asked me to design a tattoo for her a long time ago. She wanted a crystal skull, with a dagger going through it, with a scarf tied to the dagger.

This is what I came up with.

Death Mountain

I did this a long time ago, while I was still in high school. It's supposed to be a mountain in the desert, in the shape of a skull.

Dreaming of the Dawn

A Goddess is resting in the clouds. Though she is asleep, she still sees everything that goes on within the sphere of her influence.

This is just a small portion, of a larger picture that I did many years ago.

A Gesture of Valor

A warrior preparing to fight, raises his sword, to honor the foe he is about to face.

A Lush Wilderness

I had the country of South America in mind when I drew this landscape.
