InterStellarVisions

Exploring The Realm of Imagination

The Planet Of Eternal Light

An alien world with four suns. How can this be? Each sun shines at a different proximity. Because of this, the skin of the inhabitants here glows. There is no night on this planet. Each sun sets and rises at varying times. There is always, at least one sun visible. There is a short time span, when all four suns are shining at once. At this time, everyone must stay indoors or risk being burned to a crisp. You should behold the sunsets here, they are really something special.

Destruction

Here the Sun is smouldering in its death throws. The clouds are pouring down acid rain. The seas are boiling, mountains are being torn apart, other ones are forming. Volcanos are bursting forth from the sea, fuming. It's the end of our planet.

Death Dying

Death commits suicide, and wins in the end. Around his head, there is an unholy halo of thorns and briars. The blackness of his soul comes oozing out of his eye, nose, and mouth sockets. At the bottom of his robe, you can see he is starting to dissipate, as he becomes one with the universe, and his very essence is being dispersed in the cosmic winds.

Midnight Angel

This angel, while trailing decorative patterns of light, is following someone into the darkness of evil, to guard their soul from destruction.

Dying Ghost Town

Somewhere out West, a town is burning to the ground.

But no one cares, because no one lives there.

Desert Sun

The desert, blistering hot in the daytime, provides no shade or water for the unfortunate soul who happens to be caught within its baleful glare. The sign, right next to the cactus, reads: "Ten Miles To Death."

Dreamscape

Look into the mind of a sleeping child, and gaze upon a dream of peace and beauty.

Inverted Still Life.

I did this while in high school. We each had to draw an arrangement of some kind, and each item we chose had to relate to the other items in some way. The flavor of the wine I chose, was Apple Blossom, plus it was made with grapes of course, so there it is. You have the wine, the apple, the blossoms, and the grapes.  I placed everything the way you see it, drew it, and got an A+

The Dark Ones

The gods of night laughed gleefully, as they create new bodies of light. The solar winds blowing their glowing tresses across the sky. From a world away, it looks like the rolling in of chaotic storm clouds from some infernal nether realm.

Thor Intervenes

A statue of Thor is being empowered by the Thunder god himself, to help out a Viking tribe during a war. His lightning strikes all the mountains simultaneously, filling air with divine radiance. As you can see, one arm has broken free of the mountain, from which he was carved. Soon he will descend to wreak havoc on his enemies.

Birth Of A Hero

A mythic figure from another Age, sleeping deep below the earth, awakens when summoned, to fight against the terrifying demons of nightmare, who try to take control of the world, through the dreams of mankind as they slumber.

His name...

Dreamwarrior.

It's hammer time!

This is Vulcan, the blacksmith of the gods in Greek mythology. While doing this picture, I tried to give the impression that he was working deep within the heart of a volcano. Here we see him forging a magic sword for the hero Achilles.

The Summoning

This is a wizard, calling up evil spirits to do his bidding. Notice the ancient symbols carved on the magic conjouring vessel, to protect him.

Earth Spirit

This is the spirit who guards and tends all the flowers and growing things that inhabit the world.
